The short format is intended for smokers of rolled cigarettes (using rolling tobacco) and is much more practical for this task than a long sheet. Notebooks usually have 100 or 120 sheets which can last a long time depending on your consumption. Historically, this format is older and still has a place in a smoker's pocket. In fact, many Tobacco Pouches are adapted to this small size to make it even more practical.
