The General European Data Protection Regulation (GER) enters into force on 25 May 2018. This important text creates new obligations for companies that, like MisterSmoke, process personal data. The GDPR also creates new rights for data subjects, including the right to forget and the right to data portability.

MisterSmoke has already taken all the measures to comply with the GDMP, and therefore offers its services in a secure and clear legal framework. MisterSmoke attaches since the beginning of its activities the utmost importance to the protection of personal data and the entry into force of the DPMR is an opportunity to strengthen this protection for the benefit of MisterSmoke's customers and, ultimately, the persons concerned by its data.

Are children allowed to use
