The Mistersmoke team is pleased to present its new website. Developed in-house by our super developers, the site is more modern and more practical for a better browsing comfort.

New features and functionalities are being introduced:

A 100% secure website

Your safety, our priority! The new Mistersmoke.com website is fully secured (HTTPS) thanks to an SSL certificate issued by the company Let's Encrypt. Reinforced security on all pages of the site: product pages, order pages, customer account pages and payment pages.
No backup and no transit of banking information will be made on our servers!

A resolutely more modern website

With a simple, streamlined design and more fluid navigation, the new site has been redesigned to improve the information provided to our visitors and offer them new services.

Simplified navigation

Navigation on the new site is made easier with distinct categories, an efficient internal search engine and direct access to the brands. It will now be easier to find your way around.

Advice and news pages

The new site will allow you to follow the news of our shop and the world of tobacco thanks to a regularly updated information blog on the world of Hookah and smoking accessories. You will also have access to thematic files to inform you and help you in the use of our products (tutorials, videos, practical advice).

A loyalty program

At Mistersmoke, our customers are precious and we want to spoil them! From now on, your loyalty will be rewarded with a special programme. Each time you order, Mistersmoke will offer you loyalty points. For example, for every €10 you spend, you will earn 10 points.     Voilà plus d’une semaine que l’ on me mène en bateau
    le sav prétend qu’il a effectué un remboursement (visible soit disant en 48 h sur mon comte bancaire) et que je ne vois rien venir
    Je demande une preuve de remboursement,bien évidemment on ne me la donne pas
    Les remboursements laborieux voire inexistants semblent être un problème récurrent chez Mistersmoke
