Le toncar, verlan de carton est une filtre cigarette appelé filtre tips, est un morceau de carton fin roulé en cylindre servant de filtre pour fumer des cigarettes roulées. Placé à l’extrémité d’une feuille à rouler ou d’un blunt, le toncar peut être plus ou moins long et le grammage peut varier entre 170 g/m² et 190 g/m², c’est à la convenance du fumeur !
